High Power Tribunal

The power and duty of the High Power Tribunal is to examine and decide matters pertaining to the violation of the constitution, departure from faith and doctrines of the Church, charges leveled against the Bishop, including the Presiding Bishop and the Presbyters. The High Power Tribunal consists of members elected by the Prathinithi Sabha, two members being laymen. The decisions and directions of the Tribunal will bind on the Church and the parties of those proceedings
