The Sabha Council Members are elected by the Prathinithi Sabha to carry out the decisions of the Prathinithi Sabha and to consider all acts necessary in other matters relating to the Administration of the Church. The President of the Sabha Council is the Presiding Bishop. The Presiding Bishop has no Executive or Administrative powers. The Sabha Council is the executive authority. All decisions executed must be approved by the Sabha Council. The Sabha Council consists of members elected every three years along with the Prathinithi Sabha.
